It was interesting to listen to the hour long conversation between Charlie Rose and Tim Cook on September 11th, 2014. The importance of how an experience makes you feel is crucial to the success of Apple and their products. I like Tim's HR approach to leadership over Steve Jobs', even though Jobs was the revolutionary genius.
