World's Longest Study: What makes a Good Life and How Grateful People are happier [TedTalk]

The longest study on happiness is the Harvard Study of Adult Development, running since 1938, tracking hundreds of men (and later their families) for over 85 years, revealing that strong, warm relationships are the single most important factor for long-term happiness and health, more so than wealth, fame, or social class, with loneliness proving toxic.

Meaningful relationships matter and gratefulness matters. Choose your inspiration to live more purposeful and joyful life with family and friends.

Another inspiration is Comedian Jimmy Carr pointing out to Prioritize Later and how you are responsible for your own happiness, which is better for the world.

Enjoy and Be Happy and Be Joyful. Share any other wisdom you discovered with me as well.
