How to set SMART Goals & Procrastinate less with the Pomodoro Technique

A new semester and every month is a great opportunity to set new goals for yourself and reflect on what’s working well and what needs to change. Make your SMART goal and discuss it in your Journal/Dear Mr. Jamal letter within JupiterEd. Better yet, set systems instead of just goals.

S M A R T stands specific, measurable, achievable, relevant and timed. If you goal doesn’t have numbers, it’s not measurable - you have no way of knowing if you are making progress or not. Focusing on systems or changing your situation makes it so you don’t even have to think about it and you will make wiser and healthier decisions that are your habits for success. Discipline and character building is our goal.
