As you make your personal decisions regarding iPhone 6 or iPhone 6+, it might help to think about durability. This is a useful drop test video, conducted in a semi-scientific manner (love the attempt to have a control group). Watch and consider getting a case, which defeats the purpose of having a thin phone.

Additionally, I went to the Apple Store Fifth Avenue last night, which had a 45 minutes long line, just to enter the store to play with the iPhones. The 6+ is definitely a beauty to use, but, not meant for one-hand use (unless you have a large hand). Here are some photos from last night:
