Insightful article about some take-away messages from Steve Jobs. Leaders should take note about being visionary and creative rather than simply asking customers what they want.

I also agree with the fact that, because there is so much incoherent garbage out there in the world, "Deciding what not to do is as important as deciding what to do." This was evident in the way Apple dealt with Flash in the very public dispute about whether or not to include Flash on the iPhone. Flash seems more and more irrelevant these days with so many apps out there and the fact that most websites are iOS friendly to accomodate the ever growing Apple community. I would pick quality over quantity any day, even if I have to shed some extra bucks just because I value quality over quantity.
