Ted Talk: Dan Pink: The Puzzle of Motivation

As an educator, I constantly think about ways to incentivize and motivate myself as well as my students. We all need to be goal oriented in order to feel accomplishment and really feel the love and joy of discovery and learning. We are all curious by nature, so find ways to engage your students. I think gamification is an effective tool to engage students in real-world meaningful learning.  What are some of your strategies to engage your students?
