21st Century Leadership: How do you measure effectiveness?

I think the speaker, Rosalinde Torres, rightfully argues that leadership in the 21st century of technology is quite different from traditional leadership.

She argues that you Great leaders dare to be different.

According to her, the follow three questions to be asked when attempting to determine your effectiveness as a 21st century leader. 

1) Where are you looking to anticipate change? 

2) What is the diversity measure of your network?

3) Are you courageous enough to abandon the past?

I was struck by the importance of the diversity measure within your network. We should all strive to push our comfort zone and engage with those who are different from us in every way possible.
